For all those people looking at the google reviews being skeptical about all the 5 star reviews... don't be, cause he is that good!Chris has been a tremendous help to my partner and I in deciding whether or not to go through with our house purchase.First of all his turn around time is unreal, from initial contact to getting the B&P report. The amount of detail and things he picked up during his report all missed our eyes during our own inspection of the home.He has also been extremely patient and cooperative throughout the whole process, from calling my partner after the inspection and giving her a run down.
